Women’s Information Service
DHS - Office for Women
The Women’s Information Service is a free and confidential service providing information and referrals to South Australian women online, over the phone or in person at our Shopfront. Our shopfront has free computers for online use and free tea coffee and water. We can provide information and referrals around family, relationships, domestic violence, health, wellbeing or anything else that is on your mind. Also, located throughout South Australia, WIS Havens are local safety hubs to support women and their children. Trained volunteers can provide information and referrals to appropriate services. Please go to wis.sa.gov.au/havens to find a Haven closest to you.
