The Families in Focus team provide a range of services for couples, families, and individuals to achieve their goals for strong, healthy, and respectful relationships.
In today’s busy life, technology and the work/life balance can affect the relationships you have with the important people in your life. Opportunities to connect, communicate and work through conflict are becoming scarcer. This can sometimes lead to increased conflict, feelings of isolation or disconnection, and miscommunication within your relationships.
Families in Focus has experienced and qualified staff who can support you or your family through these challenging times by helping you to make sense of your experience and bring about positive changes.

Accessing counselling services offered does not depend on your ability to pay. Some services are provided free of charge, depending on government funding.
Costs will be explained when you call to arrange an appointment.
There are no eligibility criteria. We will ask a few questions at the time of your enquiry to ensure our service is the best fit for your needs and provide referrals if you require a different type of support.
We take self-referrals or you can be referred, with your consent, by another service or person
