• Suitable referrals to appropriate services, including counselling, group programs and legal assistance;
• Child Focused Information sessions;
• Family Dispute Resolution (mediation);
• Child Inclusive Family Dispute Resolution;
• Lawyer-assisted mediation (if both parties represented);
• Parenting Plans;
• Property Mediation: We have accredited and impartial mediators with backgrounds in family law to assist with property mediation by:

• • Helping parties to identify their assets and liabilities (debts);
  • Negotiating a settlement that is fair and equitable;
  • Referrals to financial counselling;
  • Legal advice; and
  • Preparing property agreements.
