Parenting After Separation (2nd Edition)
Parenting after separation is often more challenging than parenting in intact families. Acknowledging that all separated families face their own individual challenges, this booklet seeks to provide some general insights regarding parenting after separation. This is a 2nd edition of the booklet.
Please note that there have been changes to the Family Law Act since 2015 and further changes are pending which may impact the content of this publication. Given this obtaining legal advice from a family lawyer is recommended.
Wadna Wadna Wodli
Wadna Wadna Wodli is a video providing information about the Specialised Indigenous List and Indigenous Family Liaison Officers which operate from the Adelaide Registry of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
This video features Uncle Lewis Yarlupurka O’Brien, Judge Kelly and Indigenous Family Liaison Officer, Dwayne Coulthard. Pathways is most grateful for their assistance.
It was produced in partnership with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. The video would not have been possible without the work and support of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Sub-committee of the Pathways Family Law Network South Australia.
